Standard Shipping will be delivered within 3-10 business days from the order’s ship date. Most Standard orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

RETURN AND EXCHANGES POLICIES
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all orders (from ship date indicated on the Return Section Invoice). If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return the products back to DAXLEY for a full refund of the purchase price (less original shipping and handling fees). Shipping costs for any returns will not be reimbursed by DAXLEY unless there was a shipping error or product damage.

When packaging the items, please do so in the original packaging and enclose the completed Return Section. To insure that your return remains eligible for a refund, please have the return package postmarked within 30 days from the Ship Date as indicated on the Return Section in the front the original invoice.
Upon receipt of the retuned products please allow up to 45 days to process a return and credit your account. A credit should appear on your statement within 2 full billing cycles.
Please repackage the item(s) in the original packaging, complete the Return/Exchange form located on your invoice, and enclose it with your return. Insure the package and ship via the carrier of your choice to:

We will let you know what to do next. If a replacement item is in stock, we will ship it to you immediately.
